Description:
The welfare area of Varsinais-Suomen asks for a bid for a housing service unit for the elderly implemented on a rental model, where the lessor (provider) implements a housing service unit for the use of the tenant (the welfare area of Varsinais-Suomen) at its own expense.
The acquisition includes housing services for the elderly Rental of a building suitable for producing a hybrid unit with 170 customer seats on a "turnkey" basis, implemented in operational condition. The planned new building will house a 24-hour service housing unit for the elderly (70 customer places) and rehabilitation and assessment activities unit (100 customer places).
