Description:
The acquisition focuses on the housing service for the special services of substance abuse and addiction work. The service is a temporary housing service under section 21 of the Social Welfare Act. The service is organized for a person who, for special reason, needs short -term, urgent help in arranging their living. ServiceServed to homeless or homeless people with adults or those whose living conditions do not support recovery from substance abuse. The service is intended for persons who are estimated to have a short -term need for support to establish substance abuse.
The housing service is provided in a community manner, taking into account the customer's individual needs and life situation. Temporary housing is provided in a non -intoxicated, recovering and safe environment. The housing service includes social rehabilitation, guidance and support, as well as home -based housing.The aim is to support the customer to maintain substance abuse and to promote their recovery. In addition, the aim is to practice independent housing skills and, at a later stage, to switch to independent living or other long -term living solution corresponding to the customer's needs.
