Description:
Acquisition
The acquisition is the HR Master system of the State Economic and Human Resources Service Center (bellows) and the necessary Permissions, system deployment project, and support and maintenance services. To acquire a solution to use the SaaS model (Software as A Service eli Software acquisition as a service).
The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in the appendices to the request, especially in the "project description" appendix.
Contract period
Preliminary According to the plan, the contract would be valid for four (4) years on a fixed term (first contract period). After that the contract would be in effect For the time being, and would automatically renew for one (1) year -long additional contract period.
