The acquisition focuses on the HR system and the total pay service below, with its personalized functionality, tailoring, configuration and integration for Istekki Oy. Istekki acquires an overall service consisting of the HR system as a SaaS service and a total payroll service thatIncludes payroll as a service and a payroll system used by payrolls and a payroll system. Istek needs to acquire a modern HR system and a total pay service. The HR system acts as a master of personal data in managing the life cycle of employment and supportsstaff management, employer image and pre -person work. The aim of the entity to be acquired is to facilitate pre -person work and access to information. The subject of the acquisition and the requirements of it are described in detail in this invitation to tender and in other procurement documents. Subscriberselects one (1) supplier with whom it concludes the contract. Only ISTEKKI Oy will be used by the contract and only Istekki Oy and the selected supplier will be the parties to the contract. The acquisition volumes set out in the invitation to tender are estimates and does not form the contract for the subscriberquantity purchase obligation.
