The City of Espoo tends to compete for Human Resource Development (HRD) that supports performance and competence management processes. The acquisition is subject to the customer as a SaaS serviceDelivery, Development and Maintenance Services for the HRD system to be supplied.
For more detailed description of the content of the procurement, see Annex 1 of the invitation to tender.The system and the related service form a coherent entity that is not appropriate to divide into the smallest entities. The estimated date of commencement of the contract period is in June 2025.
