Description:
The object of HSL's ("Customer") acquisition is HSL's software development, support and maintenance expert services.
The purpose of the acquisition is to enter into a framework agreement for software development and maintenance services expert services with several service providers and thus produce customized and innovative ohorganisms that are used in HSL's operations.
The procurement is divided into parts. One bidder may be awarded all parts. It is not necessary to offer all parts. It is not possible to give partial bids within an individual part.
The information about the parts is specified in more detail in the procurement documents.
Part 1 koskee software development experts
Part 2 applies to Site Reliability Engineering experts
Part 3 applies to both Business Intelligence and Data Engineering experts.
The aim of the procurement is a functional framework arrangement from which development work, individual resources can be acquired in an agile mannera or development teams for software development projects. The expert tasks to be procured by the framework contract that may arise as a result of this procurement procedure can be, for example, planning, design, architectural work, project management and support, development work, support and maintenance.
Asiexpert work takes place in a multi-supplier environment, where interfaces and ready-made software components and several different background systems are used, and all work is performed under the guidance of HSL's IT and business units and in cooperation with other service providers and stakeholders.
