- Nokia and Yloejarvi cities are acquiring a human resource management and pay system. The system complex is purchased as a SaaS service, including system implementation, maintenance and support. The entity to be acquired includes: - payroll - Human control that includesHuman Resources (HRM) and HRD) sections. The offer should be submitted to both subscribers (Nokia and Yloejarvi). The implementation of the systems shall be made jointly to the extent possible. However, both subscribers should create their own system environment. BothSubscribers enter into their own delivery and service contracts. Yloejarvi: The systems must be commissioned on 15.11.2025 and production operation will begin on 1.1.2026. Nokia: The exact time for the production use of the systems will be agreed with the supplier to be selected. The date is at the earliest 1.1.2026 and at the latest1.10.2026. The systems must be commissioned 1.5 months before the start of production use. The commissioning project is planned to begin in May 2025, but the time will be specified on the basis of the schedule provided by the tenderer. Service Agreement is valid for a fixed period of 48 months of the contract itemFrom the date of commencement of production use. After the fixed -term contract period, the service agreement will automatically continue to be valid for an indefinite period.
