Description:
The object of the procurement is the electrically operated delivery beds used in hospitals and similar treatment facilities. The birthing beds to be purchased must guarantee safe and ergonomic care during the opening phase, the labor phase and the postpartum phase. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in this request for tenderand in its appendices. It is a joint procurement, the parties of which are described in this call for tenders. The parties involved in this request for tenders will be referred to below as the abbreviation "Customer".During the contract period, products belonging to the product groups that are the subject of the contract, which are not specified in the product appendix, can also be purchased in accordance with the anticipated value of the purchase (see the purchase contract). In addition, the object of the procurement is an option for a maintenance contract, which can be exercised if the Customer wishesto work.
