• HUS is planning the purchase of a modern workforce management system. This is a request for information published for market mapping, the aim of which is to collect information from suppliers about ready-made solutions in production, their functionalities, technical features and service models. The request for information does not initiate the actual bidding process and does not bind the procurement entity to the execution of the procurement. HUS is Finland's largest healthcare provider, employing approximately 27,000 professionals and approximately 1,300 supervisor, and who is responsible for special medical treatment in a wide area. The goal of the acquisition is an overall solution that supports HUS's workforce management processes, improves knowledge-based management and unifies operating models. Ability is expected from the system gather scattered work capacity information together, support early support operating models, prevent work capacity risks with automatic alerts, and offer real-time analytics to different levels of the organization. The object of the acquisition is SaaS as a service deliverable workforce management system that is used in large organizations.
