Description:
The HUS municipal corporation is requesting bids for the following product configuration: Core nails for fibula fractures for trauma surgery. It is a joint procurement, the parties of which are described below in this call for tenders.
It is a joint procurement of several procurement units. The products requested in this RFPa will be used by the municipal association units of the Helsinki and Uusimaa hospital district, HUS member states and cities (including Espoo's new hospital and Espoo), Kymenlaakso social and health services municipal association (Kymsote) and South Karelia social and health district (Eksote). In this request for quotation, according toThe abbreviation "Client" will be used below for the parties under a. More detailed information about the users of the products is described in appendix 4 of the request for tenders. Draft contract.according to the law (616/2021), the responsibility for organizing social and health care will be transferred from municipalities and municipal associations (with the exception of the city of Helsinki) to welfare areas on January 1, 2023. After the transfer of responsibility for organizing welfare areas, instead of the above-mentioned procurement units, an agreementas its contracting parties.
