Description:
The procurement unit (hereinafter "HUS") requests your offer for suction tips and ear tubes in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. Procurement is divided into three (3) different product groups:
Product group 1: Suction tips
Product group 2: Ear tubes
Product group 3: Additional offered products (not compared)
Product groups 1 ja 2 is divided into several positions (subareas). One product forms one position, i.e. the bidding is carried out and the offer is given per product line. The content of product groups and positions is described in more detail in the tender form attached to the tender request. The offeror must offer an offersuction tips and ear tubes found in their selection specified in the application form. The offeror can submit an offer in one or more areas within the product group.
Only one supplier is selected for the position of each product group (no parallel products). See in more detail, the section "Basis for decision-making".
The procurement contract is valid for a fixed period of two (2) years, after which it will continue indefinitely. The contracting party may terminate a contract valid for an indefinite period in writing, subject to a notice period of six (6) months. Notice of termination can also be givens before the end of the fixed-term contract period, in which case the validity of the contract ends on the date of the end of the fixed-term contract period at the earliest.
