The subject of the acquisition ("HUS") competes in the instruments used in the eye surgery (as part of the instruments). For the sake of clarity, it is stated that HUS has tendered to use the so -called eye surgery. general instruments, as well as e.g. in eye surgeryAccessories used in previous tenders. The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in Annex 1 (tender form). The question has a joint acquisition whose parties are described in more detail in this invitation to tender. The parties involved are used in the invitation to tender together as "subscriber". SubscriberAsks for tenders for the acquisition of eye surgery instruments in accordance with the contract notice and its invitation to tender and its annexes. The procurement procurement is divided into the following product groups: 1. Instruments that are not requested for product test2. Instruments requested for product testing productsis further divided into positions (sub-areas) as specified in Annex 1 (tender form) of the invitation to tender. The sub-areas are basically consisting of a single product, except for the following positions, which consist of several products:- 11.1- 11.4- 37.1- 37.9- 39.1- 39.139.4-75.1- 75.6.6 The comparison and procurement decision shall be made by sub-region (position).
