- The renovation of part A of the Women's Clinic is done as a single project and it includes the entire part of A from the tunnel floor to the roof.
During the renovation, functional spaces will be built on floors 1-6 of part A. Technical spaces, a cleaning center and office spaces will be placed on the T-floor. Building polyclinic facilitiesneta on the 1st and 4th floors, on the 2nd floor there are delivery rooms and birth initiation rooms, on the 3rd floor the gynecology ward, on the 5th and 6th floors the ward for childbirth. Ventilation machines and other technical space will be placed on the 7th floor. A new connecting building will be built on the 2nd floor of part Acorridor to the existing L-part, so the new and current birthing rooms work on the same level without the same sensory connection as before. The facilities to be built during the renovation of part A are a logical reinforcement of ancillary functions for the facilities in part L that are already in operation, i.e. surgery, labor and birthfor gymnasiums and the neonatal intensive care unit.
The gross area of the conversion area is approximately 7,671 brm2, which also includes the tunnel floor spaces that will be kept almost unchanged, as well as the new gateway and connection areas, as well as conversion work in the entire water roof area.
