HUS Kiinteistoet Oy competes for HUS Group (including HUS Kiinteistoet Oy and Koy Hus Housing Housing) for hospitals and other locations. Such offices (hospitals) are located especially in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkaa, Lohja, PorvooAnd in the city of Raseborg, but there are also activities in other locations on a smaller scale. The competition is divided into areas: 1. Hardware stores2. Fastening accessories3. Paints, varnishes and tiles4. Teknochemian products5. Steels and metals6. The timber-selection area is selectedTwo (2) suppliers unless there are fewer accepted offers. The duration of the contract period is two (2) years.
