Description:
With this call for tenders, HUS Kiinteistoet Oy is tendering for the installation, repair and maintenance work of cooling and refrigeration systems in the Helsinki and Uusimaa hospital district/in properties owned and rented by HUS municipal group. Hospitals are mainly located in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkaeae, in the area of the cities of Lohja, Porvoo and Raasepor, but there are also activities in other localities on a smaller scale. The HUS municipal corporation has a total of approximately 1,000,000 brm2 of hospital real estate at its disposal.
The object of procurement is divided into 5 different areas:
1. HYKS hospital area (Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo), 8 Contractors
2. Hyvinkaeae hospital district (Hyvinkaeae, Kellokoski, Ohkola), 5 Contractors
3. Porvoo hospital area, 5 Contractors
4. Lohja hospital area, 5 Contractors
5. Laensi-Uusimaa hospital area (Raasepori), 5 Contractors
Selected Contractors will implement part-annual maintenance work of cooling and refrigeration machine systems by region, which is carried out at the hourly price of maintenance. The maintenance time (weekdays between 7:00 and 16:00) is agreed together with the contractor. Systems and devices are subject to spring and autumn maintenance, periodical inspections and annual inspectionsihuoltos according to the Service Description. Maintenance is scheduled in the spring in March before the cooling season and in the fall after the cooling season in October, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
