• Description:
• HUS Kiinteistöt Oy tenders for the small machines for outdoor work and their maintenance needed in the outdoor areas of the hospitals and other offices located in the HUS group's operating area. Offices are mainly located in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, In the area of ​​the cities of Porvoo and Raasepor, but there is also activity in other localities on a smaller scale. the target is electric and combustion engine-powered small machines used in green work with additional equipment, their spare parts and maintenance and repair services. Small machines mean e.g. ride-on lawnmowers, lawnmowers, chainsaws, clearing saws, string trimmers, blowers and hedge trimmers. The maintenance services concern warranty maintenance related to small equipment, periodic maintenance, repair maintenance service and repair work. One (1) supplier will be selected for the entire HUS area. The duration of the contract period is two (2) years. The contract includes an option for one (1) two (2) year option. Products to be purchased during the contract period the quantity and the destinations for which the products are purchased may vary. The customer does not commit to specific purchase quantities. The quantities presented in the request for quotation are estimates. During the contract period, the customer can order products and services according to the object of procurement with the offered unit prices or discount percentage (products outside the product basket of the offer request). Other products belonging to the product groups can also be purchased during the contract period.
