HUS Kiinteistoet Oy tends to compete for the indoor interior relationship of the property in hospitals and other offices in hospitals and other offices. Such offices (hospitals) are located especially in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkaa, Lohja, Porvoo and Raseborg In the urban area, but there are also activities in other locations on a smaller scale. Condition monitoring can ensure that the facilities are healthy and safe to use. Monitoring is done, for example: indoor air problems, monitoring the target values of indoor climate classification, presence monitoring and quality assurance of site conditions. The units to be measured are eg particles, VOCs, temperature, relative humidity, pressure differences, carbon dioxide, formaldehyde and ammonia. The acquisition includes renting indoor conditions. The rent includes sensors, data transmission/ transfer, data visualization in browser -based service, reporting from a browser -based system and expert support (data reliability/ errors). Rental time varies site -specific from one (1) month for the entire contract period. Approximately 300 of indoor beings are rented per year.
