The Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area POHEHe will request your participation in the tendering of HVAC accessories. HVAC products (heating, water and ventilation) include: tubes, valves, pumps, heat exchangers, ventilation units, filters, thermostats and various controls. The contracting entity to set upa framework arrangement for 2 years. After that, you can have a 1 + 1 option year. All suppliers who meet the mandatory requirements made by the invitation to tender are selected for the framework arrangement. If only one offer is received, the contracting entity reserves the right to re -compete.Within the framework arrangement, the supplier selection is as follows: 1. Purchases are made from the supplier whose total price (a single acquisition of tasksThe total price of the products) the electronic system is the most advantageous. The subscriber can also buy non -favorable if it is justified, for example in the event of a hurry. 2. When one purchase exceeds € 10,000, the contracting entity will perform mini -competition for those selected for the framework arrangementbetween journalists.
