• The real estate department of the Helsinki parish association requests your offer for the HVAC design of the technical renovation of the Vuosaari church in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. The procurement concerns the design, which includes the following tasks:- HVAC design The project includes renovations to the interior of the church, building technical repairs, modification of the exterior areas and structural repairs to the exterior envelope. The design task includes HVAC design tasks in accordance with the tender documents. Work content includes the production of an inventory model, which is the initial data. The design is done using CAD software based on a data model. The cheapest price is used as the selection criterion in the comparison of the offers, because the essential aspects affecting quality have been taken into account comprehensively in the definition of the object of procurement and the minimum procurement requirements. The procurement decision is to be made in March 2026. The construction work on the church repair is to start in early spring 2027 and the total duration of the repair project is estimated to be around 12-14 months. The planning of the project will start in the spring of 2026. A more detailed course of the project and a preliminary schedule are in the planning program. The target is the Vuosaari church, which was completed in 1980 and is owned by the Helsinki parish association. They once planned the church architects Pirkko and Arvi Ilonen.
