Description:
The subject of the procurement is the one-time invoiced installation, repair and maintenance work in the HVAC sector in the properties of the Helsinki region's environmental services business (HSY), clean and waste water plants, and the Ammassuo eco-industry center. The places where the work is performed are located in HSY's area of operation (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa) In order to maintain security of supply and sufficient sector-specific competition, a framework contract will be created based on the tender, to which a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) suppliers will be selected. Procurement contracts based on the framework arrangement are made in the original form of the framework arrangement between the parties. The contract period is initially two (2) years from 1.2.2026 to 31.1.2028, as well as two (2) one (1) year option periods from 1.2.2028 to 31.1.2029 and 1.2.2029 to 31.1.2030.
