Description:
Mantsala municipality's technical and vitality services/premises services tenders for works related to HVAC and cooling and refrigeration equipment, as well as related supplies, maintenance of properties owned by the customer. The contracting party in the procurement is Mantsala municipality. The duration of the framework agreement is two (2) years 1/1/2026 - 31/12/2027. The procurement includes two one (1+1) year options for the periods 1.1.-31.12.2028 and 1.1.-31.12.2029. The procurement is divided into three parts, the offer can be left in one or more parts. The aim of the tender is to select six (6) HVAC installers for the sub-area: 1. the cheapest supplier that meets the minimum requirements. 2. IV fitter's work eight (8) suppliers that are economically the most economical and meet the minimum requirements.3. Refrigeration installer and Refrigeration installer jobs four (4) most economically advantageous and minimum requirements If not enough bids are received or bids have to be rejected, the number of suppliers to be selected by sub-area may be less. A framework arrangement is established with the selected suppliers. Based on the procurement contract, the customer places orders with the suppliers, and any details regarding the order are determined by the customer's needs.
