Description:
The procurement unit requests your offer for the HVAC works of Kankaanpaa city properties. The HVAC works ordered are aimed at real estate assets managed by the city of Kankaanpaa (daycare centers, schools, nursing buildings, etc.). A framework contract will be drawn up with the contractors selected through this competition. On the basis of the framework agreement, small and urgent repair and maintenance HVAC works are commissioned. The contract period is 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027, with an option 1 January to 31 December 2028. The contract period starts at the earliest after the procurement decision has received legal force. 3-5 suppliers who meet the suitability requirements will be selected provider. The customer can also choose a smaller number of suppliers, if there are fewer offers that meet the requirements of the request for tenders. The customer reserves the right to tender the construction technical works also as separate contracts. The procurement unit has the right to check the information provided by the tenderer in the tender documents. before making a purchase decision.
