Description:
The object of the procurement is the purchase of mobile grandstand structures for event use at the Ahvenisto motor track. The purpose of the stands to be purchased is to improve the audience capacity of the events and to enable flexible placement of the stands in different areas area. The procurement is divided into two (2) parts. Part 1 contains modular stands. The procurement includes four (4) modular stands with 5 rows, the capacity of which must be at least 200 people per stand. The stands must be movable in structure and suitable for outdoor use. Part 2 contains stands intended for outdoor use that can be moved by car. The purchase includes three (3) stands that can be moved by car and the purchase of one (1) matching stand as an option. Optional the customer decides on using it after the total cost of the purchase is confirmed. The stands to be procured must meet the applicable safety and use requirements and be suitable for use as a stand for public events. The purchased products must be delivered by the customer to point to the Ahvenisto motor track by June 30, 2026 at the latest.
