Description:
Object of acquisition:
The angiography device described in Appendix 1 and any equipment-related accessories and maintenance required for its use, as defined below in this request for tender and its appendices. The location of the device is the hybrid operating room of Tyks T-hospital.
Purchasing unit:
Varsinais-Suome's well-being area (Varha). The procurement decision is made with the powers in accordance with Varha's operational rules valid at the time of the procurement decision.
Contract period:
The contract regarding the procurement ends when the device has been approved in the acceptance inspection and handed over to the customer. The supplier undertakes this jnot to offer maintenance and spare parts for at least 10 years.
Applicable legislation:
Procurement complies with the Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements (29.12.2016/1397, later in this call for tenders and its appendices the Procurement Act)
and the Act on the Publicity of Authorities' Activities (621/1999, later in this call for tenders and its annexes the Publicity Act).
