- REQUEST FOR REQUEST Stara, the City of Helsinki's Construction Services Department, requests your offer from the municipality (transplanted vermilion vegetation) delivered and installed in accordance with this RFP. The procurement unit is Stara. The procurement comes from the Urban infrastructure for use by the Construction Services unit of the construction department in spring 2026. The work site is located in the Jätkäsaari (20.) district. The site is located between the blocks being built in the park area between Länsisatamankatu and Melkinlaitur. as a total price contract based on unit price and one contractor is selected to implement it. Partial offers or alternative offers are not permitted. The tenderer must give his offer for the whole according to the request for tender. This procurement notice has been sent for publication on 19 March 2026 in the tender service, through which the tender must also be prepared, and submitted within the deadline. The tenderer must include everything agreed in the unit prices he offers all costs of acquiring and installing all necessary materials to achieve the work result. The preliminary amount (divided into sub-areas within the park), does not bind the customer:- 510 m2 The customer does the groundwork.
