Description:
The City of Hyvinkaa ("subscriber") is building a renovation of the Swiss swimming pool in Hyvinkaa. The property is located about two kilometers from the center of Hyvinkaa, at Teerimaenkatu 6. The area of the swimming plot is 42,687 m2 from which to this project In addition to the renovation of the indoor indoor swimming pool, the renovation and renewal of the indoor exterior of the swimming pool with the need study and the annexes to it as annex to the request for participation.
The purpose of the acquisition is to obtain the most economically advantageous design consortium for the subscriber, and which has the best conditions to implement the site's PS, Geo, RAKVA, HVAC, Electricity, Acoustics and Water treatment equipment. The tasks of the consortium to be acquired also include the tasks of a data model coordinator, a health coordinator and fire safety planning.
The purchase includes The main design and building planning tasks in accordance with Section 92-93 of the Building Act, as well as the tasks mentioned in the request for participation and its annexes.
