- The Salo region's education council association (later also SSKKY or the Client) requests Tenders for the sniffing of Hyvoninkatu 1 IV ducts (both inlet and outlet!!) and equipment and air volume adjustments made by this request for tenders and HVAC engineering firm ALFA Oy according to the plans and work descriptions, as a complete contract completely completed on a "turnkey" basis. The building has two (2) separate sniffing areas: - "SOTE" end; mainly office and classroom spaces - Metal end; mainly metal tall workshops + some office and social spaces. The competition selects one service provider in the order of overall economic affordability created based on the comparison of offers: the overall economic affordability is formed by the offer of the contract price and the assumed (amounts are estimated, will be specified in the implementation phase) additional work. unit prices for the requested cleaning hatches with installation work. Possible additions/changes are always agreed with the Customer in advance and are billed based on the actual hours and number of pieces. The purchasing unit reserves the right to suspend the purchase if the offered prices exceed the amount reserved for the purchase. The tenderer must meet all the stated requirements.
