- Description:
- The subject of the procurement is the repair of an artificial ice rink in Porvoo's Näs district near three schools at Näsin Koulukatu 6, 06100 Porvoo. During 2020, the field has been built as an ice field equipped with an artificial grass surface and a freezing system. The dimensions of the field are approx. 45 m * 70 m. The surface of the field is built in a horizontal position at the level of the surface of the surrounding land. refrigerated container. In the area of the field and its immediate vicinity, there are e.g. water pipes, waste water and storm water drains, field lighting electric cables, service building and cold container data transmission cables, and fences and other structures foundations. The site is located in a groundwater area. The selected contractor acts as the main contractor of the project and as the main implementer as defined by the legislation. Site management duties and site services are included in the overall contract. The tasks included in the contract are described in section 4.1 of the contract program.
