Description:
The object of the procurement is the IAM service package for the Norwegian Railway Agency.
Vaeylaevirasto's IAM solution is a broad set of different identity and access management applications and services. The current supplier is responsible for the maintenance of the solution and the related end-user support. Development work is promoted by proin projects where the Customer is in the role of product manager. The tasks of the project include e.g. Replacing Oracle products with existing solutions. The large entity causes challenges, e.g. in terms of user experience, information security and risk management, as well as operational efficiency. As an IAM serviceIsuu does not have a competence center through which the whole is managed. competence center and a modern IAM solution with services. The competence center's operation is planned, systematic and controlled. Through the activities of the Center of Expertiseis guided by e.g. utilization of the technical solution in a cost-effective manner, taking into account the Customer's operating environment.
The object of the procurement is a service package, which includes IAM competence center with expert and other services. One supplier is selected as the supplier of the service. Under the guidance of the Competence Center, approxprogress recommendations are made from the single IAM solution, which may mean the purchase of finished software with delivery projects and related support, maintenance, and other services.
