Description:
The acquisition focuses on ICT consulting services in the Lapland Welfare Area and expert services in knowledge management. The services to be purchased are described in more detail in the invitation to tender and in its annexes. The acquisition is divided into two areas: A ICT Consulting Services B Information Management Expert ServicesThe tenderer may submit an offer regarding one or both areas. Based on the tender, each area will be made a framework arrangement, to which the four most points are selected in sub-area A and in sub-area B's three most points. Framework arrangementsThe conditions are described in the contract model in Annex 2 of the invitation to tender and in Annex 4 "Description of the Framework Arrangement". During the contract period, the Lapland Welfare Area provides services through framework arrangements as needed. The contract period is four years or until the framework arrangementsThe maximum acquisition has been full. For sub-area A, the anticipated value and maximum acquisition amount is EUR 2,400,000 and for part area B EUR 500,000.
