Description:
The Protection Police (hereinafter the "customer" or "procurement unit") asks candidates to submit an application for participation in the negotiation procedure in accordance with the procurement notice published in the Hilma notification channel.development of expertise, i.e. acquisition of expert work. As an option, the procurement includes post-Inter project and external maintenance, further development and consulting.
Intellectual property rights arising as a result of the development work are transferred to the customer.
The customer chooses one supplier with whom it will procurecontract. The selected supplier can also be a group formed by bidders. The estimated start date of the contract period is October 2023.
The procurement concerns a work volume of approximately 13 htv.
A security agreement will be concluded with the selected supplier, experts performing development work are requiredan extensive security clearance and non-disclosure agreement. The work is performed at the customer's premises and with the customer's work equipment.
During the bidding phase, all selected bidders are required to sign the attached security commitment.
