OBJECT OF DYNAMIC PROCUREMENT SYSTEM
The scope of DPS includes, among other things, the following services:
• Software and system solutions
• Capacity and usage services and cloud services
• ICT expert services
The object of DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its appendices, especially in appendix 1 "Object of the dynamic procurement system".
During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates can apply to participate in it.
DPS is valid in the procurement notice until the stated date, unless it is suspended or changed during the validity of the DPS.
The acquisition phase of DPS begins with the establishment phase after 27 October 2025 and ends when the DPS expires.
On the basis of DPS, the procurement contracts made by customers can be valid for a maximum of 12 years.
SCOPE OF A DYNAMIC PROCUREMENT SYSTEM
The anticipated total value of the dynamic procurement system is a maximum of 11,000,000,000 euros (without value added tax).
