Description:
The procurement services of the City of Turku's corporate administration is requesting bids for the ICT services of the companies owned by the City of Turku for the period 1 January 2024-31 December 2027, after which the contract will continue indefinitely.in its defined scope. The city of Turku tenders the procurement on behalf of the named companies, and is not involved in the tender unlike what is stated in section "I: procurement authority" of the procurement notice.
1 supplier is selected as the service provider, who is responsible for each company's ICT-services.
For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the Procurement Act does not apply to Arkea Oy's procurement decision, because Arkea Oy is not a procurement entity as defined in the Procurement Act.
The procurement is described in the appendix to the request for participation 'Description of the object of procurement'.
