• The SASKY educational community association is requesting a bid for the property maintenance and winter maintenance of the Ikaalisten IDEA campus. The object of the procurement includes the production of the aforementioned service from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2028 and a one (1) year option. About using the option will be negotiated by 31 May 2028. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE PROCUREMENT The purpose of the procurement is to manage the comprehensive real estate maintenance of the IDEA campus of the SASKY educational community association in: Sasky/IDEA campus, Ikaalinen: Own properties; Main campus, approx. 12,000 m2, Eino Salmelainen katu 20, 39500 IKAALEN Lindfors workshop about 300 m2, Rantopäänkuja 18, 39500 IKAALEN Leased premises; Kamraatintie 3, 39500 IKAALEN, rented 951 m2 Soutajantie 10, 39500 IKAALEN, rented 300 m2 Viewing of the properties is arranged for each bidder at their own agreed time during 20.05.2026 or at another time agreed with the owner of the property, participation in the inspection must be registered by 18.05.2026 pertti.jalonen@sasky.fi. or 040 181 9089. IDEA campus staff consider it important that deficiencies and maintenance measures reported to the maintenance service company regarding the property's condition are handled as quickly as possible.
