- The Lapland University Group (LUC = University of Lapland and Lapland University of Applied Sciences) and the Rovaniemi Education Municipality Group are requesting an offer for the identity management (IDM) system, the system implementation project (adapting the system to the client's needs) and the system's support and maintenance services in accordance with this tender request and its appendices. The acquisition also includes the necessary items licenses. The acquired system must contain the properties according to the procurement documents. The system includes e.g.: - Life cycle management of identities (new user, change in user data, exiting user) for internal (employees and students) and for external (e.g. consultants and employees of service providers) users.- Support for separate management of access authorizations for several (consecutive and parallel) service periods. - Portal and workflows for additions, changes and deletions of user rights for applying, advocating, accepting and implementing. Work queues for implementation tasks are managed in the IDM solution.- Centralized data warehouse of identities and user authorizations. - Automatic and manual provisioning of user rights to selected ones kohdejärjestelmiin. - Support for role-based access authorization management and roles corresponding to the current status implemented with appropriate changes. - Functional and efficient control of user authorizations and identities. - Working self-service tools...
