Description:
Procurement of IM and BIM management services for Senate properties and Defense properties in accordance with the tender request and its appendices. The services to be procured are described in more detail in Appendix 1 Description of the object of procurement and its appendices.
A maximum of three (3) services will be selected nationwide for the taskproducer based on a price-quality assessment.
In this acquisition, Senaatti kinteistoe has four geographical areas nationwide and Puolustuskinteistoe has one geographical area nationwide. Thus, there are a total of five (5) regions. The provider undertakes to operate in all areasla. The geographical areas are described in more detail in Appendix 1 Description of the procurement object and its appendices.
The framework arrangement is for three years. In addition to the actual contract period, the customer has the option to extend the framework contract with three (3) option years.
The contract period is 1.1.2024 - 31.12.2026.
Puitejarjuse of blocking
Supplier selection takes place with the help of regional priority orders. This means that the procurements in the framework arrangement are directed regionally to the supplier whose offer is evaluated as the most economically advantageous in the framework arrangement's bidding process.
