Description:
Part of the procurement 1. The purpose is to acquire a damage imaging service for the ground pipe and rock hole section for the 27 drill pipes located in Kuusamo's Kouvervaara. The drill pipes (diameter 50 mm) were mainly drilled in the 1980s, but there are also 4 newer drill pipes with a diameter of 100 mm. The known depths of the boreholes vary between 60 and 212 meters. The newer ones (4 pieces) can be deeper than the known ones. The holes are described and the brokenness of the bedrock is interpreted so that the drill pipes can be permanently closed by concreting from the right depth, preferably from the area of solid rock, by the end of January 2026. The direction of the crack does not need to be interpreted. There is pressurized groundwater in the area. Movement in the area is limited for nature conservation reasons, and movement, especially with heavy equipment, must take place in winter. It is recommended to operate with as light a vehicle as possible. Nine sites are located in nature conservation or Natura 2000 areas. GTK will hand over the location information of the objects to the supplier selected through a tender for route planning. Pipe-specific reporting on the results of the description with photos by the end of February 2026. Part of the procurement 2. Purpose is to acquire metal drill pipe sealing service for 27 water leaking drill pipes located in Kouvervaara, Kuusamo.
