• The city of Jyväskylä's business services promotes the region's research, development and innovation (TKI) activities with various project and program sets with higher education partners. The Seed Village program concept has been piloted and developed by implementing partners with and now the economic service is bidding for an implementer for the program concept. The competition includes the implementation of one program during the year 2026 and an option for the second implementation during the years 2026 or 2027. The program concept has been piloted before The City of Jyväskylä, JAMK, the University of Jyväskylä and Kasvu Open together. Business Services (later the Client) is requesting bids for the implementation of the accelerator program concept. The implementing agency (later the Bidder) develops and implements the concept of the city and the region in cooperation with universities. The aim of the program is to strengthen the RDI-driven development and growth of companies, to introduce a low-threshold pathway for companies to research and development activities, and thus to promote the growth and development of companies opportunities.
