- The Agency for Safety and Chemicals (Tukes) is a control authority for pressure equipment regulations. Tukes' pressure equipment control includes market control and safety control. Use safety control includes an essential target group of boiler plants, which must be drawn up in Section 65 of the Pressure Equipment Act 1144/2016 to ensure post -commissioning safety. The acquisition is subject to the up -to -date of the hazard assessment guidelines for boiler plants and inspectors in accordance with the description of the item in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender.
