- The E-Library is a service provided jointly by the National Library and the municipalities that can be borrowed from e-books, audiobooks and digital magazines. The e-library is used with the e-library application, which can be downloaded to a mobile device from the app store. Currently, e-library cannot be used on a computer or browser.The e-library has started the visual appearance of the development of the browser interface above. The expansion enables browser is made on the basis of an open source and an architecture tailored based on an existing Palace projectto the bottom. Now, an entity will be acquired that implements the browser-based reading and adequate protection of the e-library while the actual WCP protection is still under construction. The implementation to be acquired includes a browser reading engine and an e and audiobook reader.
