Description:
The subject of the procurement are the general accounting, financial management reporting, purchase ledger, purchase invoice processing, budgeting, fixed asset management of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system (hereinafter also "D365FO") used by the Employment Fund (hereinafter also "procurement unit")implementation of the functionality of the castle, small procurement and project management modules, as well as support and maintenance related to the D365FO system and implemented functionalities, as well as further development and expert services.
The Employment Fund has taken over D365FO's sales ledger, credit controland partially accounting functionalities for use in the solution called Repe, which is used for invoicing and collecting unemployment insurance premiums. The object of procurement may also include the maintenance and further development of the Employment Fund's Repe solution.in the request and its attached documents.
Due to the confidentiality of the information, the Employment Fund's process descriptions and more detailed information about the operating environment will be given at a later stage of the procurement procedure to bidders selected for negotiations and who have signed a confidentiality agreement.
