• Description:
• 1. Purpose of the procurement The purpose of the procurement is the implementation of first aid training in accordance with the training contents specified by the customer. The trainings are carried out in different villages of the municipality of Inari and partly as combined trainings (part online, part face-to-face). Education is a part Inari's safe villages project. The procurement includes several separate first aid courses, for which the bidder is asked to give a price per course. The more detailed contents and scope of the courses are described in Appendix 1 - Course contents. participants a certificate of approved performance.2. Scope and execution of the procurement The training is carried out according to the schedule defined by the customer in March-April. Some of the trainings are implemented as combined training, where some of the studies are completed online and part as face-to-face teaching. The provider must be able to carry out the trainings in the locations indicated by the customer: Ivalo and Inari. 3. Minimum requirements for the provider and trainer The provider must meet the following minimum requirements: Trainer qualification: The trainer must be a healthcare professional. Experience: The trainer must have experience in organizing first aid courses. Trainer information: The provider must describe the trainer's training and experience in first aid training in the offer. The offeror must be in the advance collection register. Fulfillment of the minimum requirements is assessed on a yes/no basis. Bidders that do not meet the requirements will be rejected.4.
