• The procurement includes implementation planning for the new wastewater treatment plant in Hyvaristoenmaki. The design assignment can be an overall design, or alternatively, the design is shared between several actors. The client decides on the possible sharing of the design after the negotiation phase. Implementation planning is prepared using information modeling. Implementation planning includes, in the preliminary scope presented in more detail in the procurement documents, e.g.: - Design quality control and project management - Authority and stakeholder cooperation required by the commission - Duties of the lead designer (Construction Act 751/2023 and land use and tasks according to Building Decree 895/1999) - Process planning - Hydraulic planning - Building and architectural planning - Structural planning - Geo and regional planning - Machinery and pipeline planning - Electrical planning - Automation and instrumentation planning - HVAC planning - Area and traffic planning - Risk, fire engineering and other safety planning - Information model coordinator's duties The new wastewater treatment plant must be planned from all areas in such a way that it forms a functional entity of the process contract to be tendered separately (IFAS process) with implementation planning. The treatment plant must be designed in such a way that the Hyvaristoenmaki wastewater treatment plant meets all permit conditions specified in the environmental permit and other requirements and goals set for the implementation of the project.
