Description:
The city of Valkeakoski requests bids for improving the airtightness of Tietotie high school in accordance with the attached documents. The overall contract also includes all the necessary technical building work. The offer must be given as a total price and must include the work work according to the plans attached to the request for tender, as well as all removal and reinstallation work of the necessary furniture and building technology. Part of the sealing also requires renewing the plastic mats. The work can start in May at the earliest, but a more precise schedule must be agreed upon with the school principal. The work must be completed during the high school summer break, no later than July 31, 2026. The work must not unduly interfere with the school's operations.
