- The project includes construction works according to the tender documents. The form of the contract is a complete contract. The repair target is the Havukallio daycare center and the extent of the repair and the measures are presented in the plans. The work includes, among other things (more detailed in the tender documents):- extensive demolition work- sealing repairs- floor encapsulation work, installation of floor coating- space changes- HVAC work, including renewal of the IV machine.- suspended ceiling installation- painting work- lighting renewals and electrical work.- removal, transfer and reinstallation of fixed furniture, as well as the purchase of new furniture and installation- listing, finishing work- commissioning cleaning of the entire contract area. The address of the construction site is Laurantie 4, 01360 Vantaa. The construction period of the contract is 15.12.2025 30.04.2026- In connection with the offer, the contractor must submit a preliminary schedule for the execution of the work, in which the preliminary work phases timing.- In this indoor air repair work in Vantaa, a structural sealer's certificate is required from all those participating in the sealing work, both the supervisor and those doing the actual sealing work (Construction personal certificate, issued by Eurofins Expert Services). This ensures sufficient experience and expertise in performing sealing work in indoor air repairs.- Qualified full-time management must be resourced for the construction site.
