- YLEISTAHeka owns approximately 54,000 apartments and several special housing properties in Helsinki. Daycare centers and business premises are also located in connection with the residential properties. If necessary, indoor air studies and sampling are carried out in Heka's properties. The need for the service is year-round and cooperation is carried out with different parties. The estimated value of the procurement is €500,000 for a two-year contract period and 1+1 year with possible option periods. OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT Heka procures both expert work and research under the same contract and from the same supplier. The supplier is required to find the following for the contract period appointed experts: Certified building health expert RTA Certified indoor air expert (SISA) Moisture damage condition examiner (KVKT) Asbestos and harmful substance expert (AHA) In addition: - The supplier must use a certified laboratory for laboratory tests. (FINAS accreditation or equivalent)-Additional points are given for the environmental system certified by an external party and for electric vehicles-The supplier must provide binding prices for different studies, the total price of which affects the comparison.
