- The city of Helsinki's urban environment department commissions various types of condition assessments, humidity and indoor air technical condition surveys as well as building technical condition surveys, repair planning tasks related to moisture damage and indoor climate, and other related to building physics and indoor climate.expert tasks, which are divided into sub-areas as follows:
1: Thermal camera imaging
2: Character tests and air tightness measurements
3: Moisture measurements
4: Condition assessments
5: Condition inspections of facades, water roofs and upper floors
6: Condition inspections
7: Very demanding condition inspections
8: Moisture and indoor air technical expert tasks
The tenderer can submit a tender in one or more sub-areas. The procurement will be carried out as eight framework contracts by sub-area.

documents.
Orders are ordered based on the divisional percentage distribution in accordance with overall economic profitability. The percentage distribution adapts to the order of preference of the bidders' offers in this tender for the establishment of the framework arrangement.
The tenderer-specific percentage is determined according to the comparison points received by the tenderer according to the following formula: Comparison points received by the tenderer / sum of the comparison points of all tenderers selected for the framework arrangement *100.
