Description:
Jyvaskyla's educational municipality association Gradia (later the Client) requests an offer for the industrial gases used in the various offices of the educational municipality association. The definition of the most common gases to be procured is presented in appendix 2 of the request for tenders, in addition, other gases are procured in small quantities. Procurement contract is intended to enter into force on 1 January 2026 and its duration is 3 years + a possible option of 1 year. The estimated bottle quantities of the gases used are presented in Appendix 2 of the request for tenders (Vertailutuotekori.xlsx). The usage amounts in the table are estimates and not binding minimum or maximum amounts and gases acquired according to the actual need of the Subscriber. The table also has a point where the bidder enters the total annual rent for the assumed number of bottles in use at the same time (115 pcs). This amount is used in the rental agreement. In addition, a separate attachment is requested from the Bidders, which explains the Bidder's name daily gas cylinder rentals. The offer form also asks for a discount percentage for products other than those in the comparison basket. This entity consists of those defined in the procurement contract tariff.
