Description:
Request a bid for two hall buildings in accordance with the attachments. One of the halls is a warm office/industrial hall with a total area of about 290 htm2 and the other is a cold PVC hall (550 m2). The KVR contract includes the design and construction of halls with all the work and other work. In planningAnd the construction must comply with existing laws, regulations and good construction methods. The contract complies with YSE 1998 terms. The contract shall be drawn up for the contract in accordance with these terms and conditions. The contractor supplementsThe building permit for its part (eg designers, supervisor). The contractor must take into account the town planning regulations.The ground survey data of the plots shall be attached to the tender materials at least two weeks before the end of the term of the invitation to tender. The request for the offer is to build a corresponding supplement (approximately 220 m2).Office/hall building and PVC Hall (main contract) or the most affordable offer including the above and requested option. Construction can be commenced in mid -September. The contract must be completed by 31.7.2026 at the latest, unless jointly changedmatch.
