- Pyhäjoen Teollisuusyhtiö Oy is requesting offers for the industrial hall. The exterior walls of the building are Sandwich elements with metal shells. Partitions are mainly made of stone or wood. The bottom is a concrete slab on the ground. The heat distribution method is water-circulating radiator and radiant heating. The contract includes the construction of a geothermal well (energy well) and all related installation work, e.g construction of a thermal duct for the heat exchanger of the technical space of the industrial hall. The contractor must ensure that the required official requirements are met in all situations (e.g. exit routes, safety and fire safety issues are in order) Construction project covers the design and construction of the Pyhäjoki industrial hall and its yard areas and the structures marked on them as a total responsibility contract (KVR) to the extent indicated by this request for tender and the attached contract calculation documents in full ready-made at Kuusikaari 5, 86100 Pyhäjoki. The KVR contract includes the design of the object in its entirety, as well as all materials and work for the implementation according to the plans, including the permits necessary for the construction work, except for the building permit not taking so that the object can be handed over to the developer in the scope according to the contract documents, at the level, functionality and condition required by the quality and other requirements.
